CELLAR IN ESSAOUIRA, MAROC

The cellar has a traditional winery and a powerful system of thermoregulation that allows me to vinify each wine at the optimal temperature.

Un petit chais à barriques (agrandissement en cours) est réservé à l’élevage de mes meilleures cuvées en rouge et blanc.

The annual production is of the order of 1500 hectoliters or 200 000 bottles, stored in our cellar in Essaouira, Morocco.

We have a buried cellar, where we can store and age 300,000 bottles, and an underground cellar where we house 40 barrels for the breeding of our VAL D’ARGAN and ORIAN ROUGE.
